Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Order 2004

THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 39A and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[1] orders as follows –

1        Article 2(7) amended

In Article 2(7) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Jersey) Order 1998[2] –

(a)     in sub-paragraph (a) for the amount “£69.40” there shall be substituted the amount “£71.10”;

(b)     in sub-paragraph (b) for the amount “£123.90” there shall be substituted the amount “£127”;

(c)     in sub-paragraph (c) for the amount “£61.95” there shall be substituted the amount “£63.50”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st January 2005.
