(General Provisions) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2008

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 7 and 18 of the Income
Support (Jersey) Law 2007[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule 2 amended
Each provision of Schedule 2 to the Income Support (General
Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2008[2] mentioned in column 1 of the
following tablet is amended by substituting for the amount mentioned in column
2 of the table the amount mentioned in column 3 of the table.

2 Citation
and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Income Support (General Provisions) (Amendment)
(Jersey) Order 2008.
(2) It
shall come into force on 1st October 2008.
