Health Care (Registration) (No. 4) (Jersey) Regulations 2012

Coming into force                                                   30th October 2012

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 17 of the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1995[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Schedule amended

In the Schedule to the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1995[2] the following entries are inserted, each in its appropriate alphabetical order –

“Midwife prescribing practitioner”

“Nurse prescribing practitioner”

“Specialist community public health nurse prescribing practitioner”.

2        Citation and commencement

(1)     These Regulations may be cited as the Health Care (Registration) (No. 4) (Jersey) Regulations 2012.

(2)     These Regulations come into force 7 days after they are made.
