Road Works and Events (Jersey) Law 2016 (Appointed Day) (No. 2) Act 2017

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 71 of the Road Works and Events (Jersey) Law 2016[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

All the provisions of the Road Works and Events (Jersey) Law 2016[2] which were not in force on 1st January 2017 shall come into force on 1st January 2018.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Road Works and Events (Jersey) Law 2016 (Appointed Day) (No. 2) Act 2017.
