THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Employment of States of Jersey
Employees (Jersey) Law 2005[1], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Amendment to Law
In the Schedule to the Employment of States of Jersey Employees
(Jersey) Law 2005[2], at the end, there shall be
added the word “Magistrate”.
2 Amendment to
Loi (1864) concernant la charge de Juge d’Instruction
In the Loi (1864) concernant la
charge de Juge d’Instruction[3], in Article 3, for the
words “le Policy and Resources Committee après
que le Committee” there shall be substituted the
words “le States Employment Board établi par la Loi intitulé
‘Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005’
après que ce Board”.
3 Citation
and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Employment of States of Jersey Employees
(Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2007.
(2) These
Regulations shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
