Road Works and Events (Consequential Provisions) (Jersey) Regulations 2017

Coming into force                                                     1st January 2018

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 69(4) of the Road Works and Events (Jersey) Law 2016[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Air and Sea Ports (Incorporation) (Jersey) Law 2015 amended

In Article 48(2) of the Air and Sea Ports (Incorporation) (Jersey) Law 2015[2] for the words “Public Utilities Road Works (Jersey) Law 1963[3]” there shall be substituted the words “Road Works and Events (Jersey) Law 2016[4]”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works and Events (Consequential Provisions) (Jersey) Regulations 2017 and shall come into force on 1st January 2018.
