Motor Cars (Driving
Instruction) (Amendment No. 15) (Jersey)

THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3B, 3C and 42 of
the Road Traffic
(Jersey) Law 1956,[1] orders as follows –
1 Article 7 amended
In Article 7 of the Motor Cars
(Driving Instruction) (Jersey) Order 1982[2] –
(a) in
paragraphs (1) and (2) respectively, for the amount “£69.40”
there shall be substituted the amount “£71.10”;
(b) in
paragraphs (3) and (4) respectively, for the amount “£137.80”
there shall be substituted the amount “£141.25”.
2 Revocation
The Motor Cars (Driving
Instruction) (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Order 2003[3] shall be revoked.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction)
(Amendment No. 15) (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st
January 2005.
