(Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 3)
(Jersey) Order 2005

THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 63 and
84 of the Road
Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1] and after consultation
with the Connétable of St. Helier,
orders as follows –
1 Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic
(Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Jersey) Order 2002,[2] in the part, of the table
relating to St. Helier, entitled “Parking places – 4 hour
limit” –
(a) after
the item “Gloucester Street” in the first column and the entry in
the second column opposite that item, there shall be inserted the following
item and entry –
“Green Street
|
East side (between the northern boundary of the property ‘No. 1
Richmond Villas’ and a point 12 yards south)”;
|
(b) after
the item “Roussel Street” in the first column and the entry in the
second column opposite that item, there shall be inserted the following item
and entry –
“Seaton Place
|
North side (between a point 10 yards east of its junction with
Gloucester Street and a point 12 yards further east)”;
|
(c) after
the item “St. Aubin’s Road” in the first column and the
entry in the second column opposite that item, there shall be inserted the
following item and entry –
“Val Plaisant
|
West side (between the southern boundary of No. 17 and a
point 15 yards further north)”;
|
(d) after
the item “Waterloo Street” in the first column and the entry in the
second column opposite that item, there shall be inserted the following item
and entry –
“West Hill
|
West side (between a point
140 yards north of its junction with Bellozanne Road and a point
12 yards further north)”.

2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons)
(Parking) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2005 and shall come into force 14
days after it is made.
