                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 12 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Jersey) Law 2001[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      The Rehabilitation of Offenders (Jersey) Law 2001 shall come into force on 1st December 2002.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Jersey) Law 2001 (Appointed Day) Act 2002.
