1        Schedule 3 to Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003 amended

In the entry relating to the compulsory basic training course in column 2 of Schedule 3 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003[2], for the amount “£85” there shall be substituted the amount “£102”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2008 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
