Wage) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2015

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 16 and 104
of the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 2 of the Minimum Wage Order
amended
In Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum
Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007[2] –
(a) in paragraph (1), for the amount
“£6.78” there is substituted the amount
“£6.97”;
(b) in paragraph (2), for the amount
“£5.09” there is substituted the amount
“£5.23”;
(c) in
paragraph (2A), for the amount
“£5.93” there is substituted the amount
“£6.10”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment
No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2015, and comes into force on 1st April 2016.
