Act declaring that the Finance (2018 Budget) (Jersey) Law 201- shall have immediate effect

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 15 of the Public Finances (Jersey) Law 2005[1], have made the following Act –

IT IS DECLARED that, upon the making of this Act, the taxation draft entitled the Finance (2018 Budget) (Jersey) Law 201- (lodged au Greffe on 17th October 2017 by the Minister for Treasury and Resources (P.98/2017)), as amended and adopted this day in third reading by the States) shall have immediate effect as if that draft were confirmed by Her Majesty in Council, and registered in the Royal Court on the date of the making of this Act.
