(Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2013

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 59
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule 2
amended
In Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Jersey) Order 2006[2] –
(a) in Part 1
the item “STHA1” shall be deleted;
(b) after
Part 11 there shall be added the following Part –
“PART 12
The maximum parking period on Saturday in respect of the following
parking places is 4 hours during any one visit. The maximum parking period
from Sunday to Friday inclusive is a continuous period of 6 days.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2013
and shall come into force on 4th October 2013.
