THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 37(2) of the Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Liability and Compensation) (Jersey) Law 2015[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Liability and Compensation) (Jersey) Law 2015

The Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Liability and Compensation) (Jersey) Law 2015[2] shall come into force on 1st November 2015.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Liability and Compensation) (Jersey) Law 2015 (Appointed Day) Act 2015.
