Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Order 2004

Coming into force                                                     1st January 2005

THE HOUSING COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 5 and 19 of the Lodging Houses (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1962,[1] orders as follows –

1        Article 4 amended

In Article 4(1) of the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1962,[2] for the figure “£10.40” there shall be substituted the figure “£10.66”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st January 2005.
