Income Support (Jersey) Law 2007 (Appointed Day) Act 2007

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 23 of the Income Support (Jersey) Law 2007[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Income Support (Jersey) Law 2007

The Income Support (Jersey) Law 2007[2], with the exception of paragraph 3(b) of Schedule 1, shall come into force on 28th January 2008.

2        Citation and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Income Support (Jersey) Law 2007 (Appointed Day) Act 2007.
