(General Provisions) (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey)
Order 2013

Coming into force in
accordance with Article 4
THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 2, 7, and 18
of the Income Support (Jersey) Law 2007[1], orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order “principal Order” means the Income Support
(General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2008[2].
2 Article 2
amended
In Article 2(3)(c) of the principal Order for clause (ii)
there shall be substituted the following clause –
“(ii) the
person is a child of a person who falls within Regulation 2(1)(a), (b),
(c), (d) or (f) of the Control of Housing and Work (Residential and Employment
Status) (Jersey) Regulations 2013[3]; or”.
3 Schedule 2
amended
In paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the principal Order –
(a) in
sub-paragraph (f) for the amount “£47.67” there shall be
substituted the amount “£51.31”;
(b) in
sub-paragraph (g) for the amount “£30.73” there shall be
substituted the amount “£33.18”.
4 Citation
and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Income Support (General Provisions) (Amendment
No. 11) (Jersey) Order 2013.
(2) Article 3
shall come into force on 1st October 2013.
(3) The
remainder of this Order shall come into force on the day after this Order is
made.
