THE MINISTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, in pursuance of Articles 11, 20
and 38 of the Weights and Measures (Jersey) Law 1967[1], orders as follows –
1 Amendment of Weights and Measures (Jersey)
Law 1967
In the Weights and Measures (Jersey)
Law 1967[2] –
(a) in paragraph 1 of Part 4 of Schedule 2, after
the entry “1 pint” there is inserted the entry
“2/3 pint”;
(b) in paragraph 2 of Part 6 of Schedule 3, for
the words “half a pint or” there are substituted the words “half
a pint, two-thirds of a pint or”.

and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Amendment of Schedules 2
and 3 to Law) (Jersey) Order 2014 and comes into force 14 days after
it is made.
