and Census (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 2020
Made 4th November 2020
Coming into
force 11th November 2020
THE STATES make these Regulations under Article 8(8)
of the Statistics and Census (Jersey) Law 2018[1] –
1 Amendment of Schedule (Information required by census)
In paragraph 4(1) of
the Schedule to the Statistics and Census (Jersey) Law 2018[2] (required
information: residents), after clause (g) there is inserted –
“(ga) general state of health;
(gb) whether or not
the person has a physical or mental disability or chronic illness, and if so
the effect it has on the person’s ability to carry out a normal range of
activities;”.
2 Citation and
commencement
These Regulations may be
cited as the Statistics and Census (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 2020
and come into force 7 days after they are made.
