Education (Revocation of Provided School) (Jersey) Regulations 2004

Coming into force                                                  9th November 2004

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 3 of the Education (Jersey) Law 1999,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 to the Education (Jersey) Law 1999,[2] in Part I, the words “Les Chênes Residential School” shall be deleted.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Revocation of Provided School) (Jersey) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
