Policing of Parks (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2008

Coming into force                                                   28th October 2008

THE STATES, in pursuance of the Order in Council of 26th December 1851[1] and Article 92 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[2], have made the following Regulations –

1        Amendment of the Policing of Parks (Jersey) Regulations 2005

In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Policing of Parks (Jersey) Regulations 2005[3] for the plan showing the park “Liberation Square” there shall be substituted the plan in the Schedule to these Regulations.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Policing of Parks (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 and come into force 7 days after they are made.
