(Jersey) Order 2014

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 4(3),
8(2) and 84(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule 4 substituted
For Schedule 4 to the Motor Vehicles
(Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003[2] there shall be substituted
the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
2 Schedule 5
amended
(1) Schedule 5
to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003 is amended as
follows.
(2) For
the 2 entries in columns 1 and 2 immediately below the entry in
column 1 headed “UNITED KINGDOM (EU) Models
UK 1 and 2 before 6/90” there shall be substituted the following
entries –

the second entry relating to the UK and in the entries relating to Austria,

Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland and
Portugal, below the entry relating to or including Category A in both
columns there shall be inserted the following entry –
