Road Traffic (Saint Helier) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2004

THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33 and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[1] and after consultation with the Connétable of Saint Helier, orders as follows –

1        First Schedule amended

The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Saint Helier) (Jersey) Order 1996[2] shall be amended, in Part 1, by substituting for the entries in the first and second columns relating to Halkett Place (between Burrard Street and Hill Street) the following entries –

 

“Halkett Place (between Beresford Street and Burrard Street)

Beresford Street to Burrard Street

Halkett Place (between Beresford Street and Hill Street)

Beresford Street to Hill Street”.

2        Citation and commencement

(1)     This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Saint Helier) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2004.

(2)     This Order shall come into force on the day after it is made.
