THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 38 of The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of provisions of The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005

The provisions of The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005[2] (other than paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article 3) shall come into force on 1st January 2007.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005 (Appointed Day) Act 2006.
