Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture (2019 Fees) (No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2018

THE MINISTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, TOURISM, SPORT AND CULTURE, in pursuance of Articles 193 and 196 of the Shipping (Jersey) Law 2002[1], orders as follows –

1        Shipping (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013 amended

In the Schedule to the Shipping (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013[2] –

(a)     in the table under the heading “Shipping (Registration) (Jersey) Regulations 2004” for the fee specified in column 3 next to the provision and action specified in columns 1 and 2 of that table corresponding to the provision and actions specified in columns 1 and 2 of the table below, there is substituted the fee specified in column 3 below –

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture (2019 Fees) (No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2018 and comes into force on 1st January 2019.
