Houses (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 18)
(Jersey) Order 2013
Made 24th October 2013
Coming into force 1st December 2013
THE MINISTER FOR HOUSING, in pursuance of Articles 5 and 19
of the Lodging Houses (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1962[1], orders as follows –
1 Lodging Houses (General Provisions)
(Jersey) Order 1962 amended
In Article 4 of the Lodging Houses (General Provisions)
(Jersey) Order 1962[2], for paragraph (1) there
shall be substituted the following paragraph –
“(1) The fee to accompany an application for
registration, or for the renewal of registration, of a lodging house under
Article 5 of the Law shall be £13.00 and shall apply in respect of each
person aged 5 years and over, multiplied by the maximum number of such
persons proposed to be lodged at the lodging house.”.
2 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Lodging Houses (General Provisions)
(Amendment No. 18) (Jersey) Order 2013 and comes into force on
1st December 2013.
