                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 68 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002,[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      Parts 2 and 6, Articles 47 - 53, 62, 66 and 67 (to the extent that it has not come into force), and Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 (to the extent of the latter’s paragraphs 1 - 6), of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002[2] shall come into force on the 1st day of January 2003.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 (Appointed Day) (No. 2) Act 2002.
