Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2013

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 16 and 104 of the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –

1        Article 2 of the Minimum Wage Order amended

In Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007[2] –

(a)     in paragraph (1), for the amount “£6.53” there shall be substituted the amount “£6.63”;

(b)     in paragraph (2), for the amount “£4.90” there shall be substituted the amount “£4.97”;

(c)     in paragraph (2A), for the amount “£5.71” there shall be substituted the amount “£5.80”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2013, and shall come into force on 1st April 2014.
