1        Increase in fee to accompany applications

In Article 4(1) of the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1962, for “£14.35” there is substituted “£14.71”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 23) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st December 2021.
