Act declaring that the Goods and Services Tax (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 201- shall have immediate effect

IT IS DECLARED that the taxation draft entitled the Goods and Services Tax (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 201- (lodged au Greffe on 17th October 2012 by the Minister for Treasury and Resources (P.105/2012)), as adopted this day in third reading by the States, shall have immediate effect as if this declaration were the registration of a Law passed by the States and sanctioned by Her Majesty in Council that was to come into force on registration.
