                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 5 of the Food and Drugs (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2000,[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      The Food and Drugs (Amendment No. 3) Law 2000 shall come into force on the first day of January 2002.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Food and Drugs (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 2000 (Appointed Day) Act 2001.
