No. 40) (Jersey) Regulations 2006

Coming into force 1st
January 2007
THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law
1961[1], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Schedule 1 amended
For Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Harbours
(Jersey) Regulations 1962[2] there shall be substituted
the following Part –
“PART 2
Charges for goods remaining
on a harbour longer than the period specified in Part 1 of this Schedule

2 Revocation
The Harbours (Amendment No. 39) (Jersey) Regulations 2005[3] shall be revoked.
3 Citation
and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Harbours (Amendment No. 40) (Jersey)
Regulations 2006.
(2) These
Regulations shall come into force on 1st January 2007.
