MOTOR CARS (DRIVING INSTRUCTION) (AMENDMENT No. 13) (JERSEY) ORDER 2002

                THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3B, 3C and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended,[1] orders as follows -

                1.      In Article 7 of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Jersey) Order 1982,[2] as amended[3] -

                (a)     in paragraph (1), for the expression “£66.10” there shall be substituted the expression “£67.75”;

                (b)     in paragraph (2), for the expression “£66.10” there shall be substituted the expression “£67.75”;

                (c)     in paragraph (3), for the expression “£131.20” there shall be substituted the expression “£134.45”;

                (d)     in paragraph (4), for the expression “£131.20” there shall be substituted the expression “£134.45”.

                2.      The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 12) (Jersey) Order 2001³ shall be revoked.

                3.      This Order may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 13) (Jersey) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st January 2003.
