Policing of Parks (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Regulations 2011

THE STATES, in pursuance of the Order in Council of 26th December 1851[1] and Article 92 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[2], have made the following Regulations –

1        Policing of Parks (Jersey) Regulations 2005 amended

In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Policing of Parks (Jersey) Regulations 2005[3] after the plan showing Liberation Square and The Weighbridge there shall be inserted the plan in the Schedule to these Regulations.

2        Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Policing of Parks (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Regulations 2011.
