THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 13 of the Public Employees (Pensions) (Jersey) Law 2014[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The Public Employees (Pensions) (Jersey) Law 2014[2] shall come into force on 1st January 2016 except for Article 10(4) to (8) and Article 11, which shall come into force on 1st January 2019.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Public Employees (Pensions) (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 2015.
