THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Harbours (Administration)
(Jersey) Law 1961,[1] have made the following
Regulations –
1 First Schedule substituted
For the First Schedule to the Harbours (Jersey) Regulations 1962[2] there shall be substituted
the schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
2 Repeal
The Harbours (Amendment
No. 35) (Jersey) Regulations 2002[3] shall be repealed.
3 Citation
and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Harbours (Amendment No. 36)
(Jersey) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.

The day of arrival plus 3 working days

2. Inbound vehicles for trade and
unaccompanied vehicles (other than vehicles being shipped for the use of a
person travelling to the Island separately)

Where the vehicle arrives before midday, the period from its
arrival to midnight that same day (or if that day is not a working day, the
next working day); and where the vehicle arrives after midday, the period
from its arrival to 6 p.m. the following day (or if that day is not a working
day, the next working day)

3. Outbound empty trailers, flats,
containers and cargo for bulk carriers

The day of arrival plus 5 working days

4. Any vehicle not specified
in item 2 of this Part of this Schedule
