Road Traffic (No. 56) (Jersey) Regulations 2003

THE STATES, in pursuance of the Order in Council of 26th December 1851[1] and Article 49 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[2] have made the following Regulations –

1        Interpretation

In these Regulations “Law” means the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956.[3]

2        Article 3 amended

In Article 3(3CA)(a) of the Law,[4] for the words “without any alteration to the class or description” there shall be substituted the words “without any addition to the classes or descriptions”.

3        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (No. 56) (Jersey) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
