                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 10 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Jersey) Law 2001,[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      The Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Jersey) Law 2001 shall come into force on the sixth day of November 2001.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Jersey) Law 2001 (Appointed Day) Act 2001.
