Harbours (Amendment No. 38) (Jersey) Regulations 2004

Coming into force                                                     1st January 2005

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1961,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        First Schedule amended

For Part 2 of the First Schedule to the Harbours (Jersey) Regulations 1962[2] there shall be substituted the Part set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

2        Citation and commencement

(1)     These Regulations may be cited as the Harbours (Amendment No. 38) (Jersey) Regulations 2004.

(2)     These Regulations shall come into force on 1st January 2005.

Charges for goods remaining on a harbour longer than the period specified in Part 1 of this Schedule

1.   Flats, trailers, containers and equipment:

 

      Not more than 3 metres long

£13.05

      More than 3 metres long but not more than 6 metres long

£26.10

      More than 6 metres long but not more than 7 metres long

      More than 7 metres long but not more than 8 metres long 

£34.79

      More than 8 metres long but not more than 10 metres long 

£43.49

      More than 10 metres long but not more than 12 metres long

£17.85 for every 10 square metres of space or part thereof occupied by such goods”.
