Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005 (Appointed Day) Act 2005

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 40 of the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005,[1] have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

All the provisions of the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005, apart from Articles 1, 39 and 40, shall come into force on the date on which Article 42(3) of the States of Jersey Law 2005[2] comes into force.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005 (Appointed Day) Act 2005.
