1        Commencement of Law

All the provisions of the Jersey Overseas Aid Commission (Jersey) Law 2005 that are not already in force shall come into force 7 days after the date on which the last person is appointed by the States to be a Commissioner in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Law.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Jersey Overseas Aid Commission (Jersey) Law 2005 (Appointed Day) Act 2005.
