THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 25(2) of the Civil Aviation (Jersey) Law 2008[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Civil Aviation (Jersey) Law 2008

The Civil Aviation (Jersey) Law 2008[2] shall come into force on 1st January 2009.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Jersey) Law 2008 (Appointed Day) Act 2008.
