Act declaring that the Finance (2015 Budget) (Jersey) Law 201- shall have immediate effect

IT IS DECLARED that the taxation draft entitled the Finance (2015 Budget) (Jersey) Law 201- (lodged au Greffe on 8th August 2014 by the Minister for Treasury and Resources (P.141/2014)), as amended and adopted this day in third reading by the States, shall have immediate effect as if this declaration were the registration of a Law passed by the States and sanctioned by Her Majesty in Council that was to come into force on registration.
