MOTOR VEHICLES (CONSTRUCTION AND USE)

(AMENDMENT No. 3) (JERSEY) ORDER 2001

                THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 39A and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended,[1] orders as follows -

                1.      In Article 2(7) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Jersey) Order 1998,[2] as amended,[3] for the amount “£64.50” there shall be substituted the amount “£66.10”.

                2.      The Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2000³ shall be revoked.

                3.      This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the first day of January 2002.
