No. 39) (Jersey) Regulations 2005

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law
1961,[1] have made the following
Regulations –
1 Schedule
1 amended
For Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Harbours (Jersey) Regulations 1962[2] there shall be substituted
the Part set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
2 Citation
and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Harbours (Amendment No. 39) (Jersey)
Regulations 2005.
(2) These
Regulations shall come into force on 1st January 2006.
