THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 11 of the Wills and Successions (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2013[1], have made the following Act –

1        Law commenced

The Wills and Successions (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2013[2] shall come into force on 1st January 2014.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Wills and Successions (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2013 (Appointed Day) Act 2013.
