MOTOR CARS (DRIVING INSTRUCTION) (AMENDMENT No. 12) (JERSEY) ORDER 2001

____________

 

                THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3B, 3C and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended,[1] orders as follows -

 

                1.      In Article 7 of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Jersey) Order 1982,[2] as amended[3] -

 

                (a)     in paragraphs (1) and (2), for the words “sixty-four pounds fifty pence” there shall be substituted the expression “£66.10”; and

 

                (b)     in paragraphs (3) and (4), for the words “one hundred and twenty-eight pounds” there shall be substituted the expression “£131.20”.

 

                2.      The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Order 20003 shall be revoked.

 

                3.      This Order may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 12) (Jersey) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the first day of January 2002.
