THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 4,
7, 8, 10 and 16 of the Motor Vehicle Registration (Jersey) Law 1993[1], orders as follows –

In the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Registration (General
Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1993[2] specified in column 1
of the following table, for the amount specified in column 2 there shall
be substituted the amount specified in column 3 –

2 Revocation
The Motor Vehicle Registration (General Provisions) (Amendment
No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2007[3] is revoked.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Registration (General
Provisions) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2008 and shall come into
force on 1st January 2009.
