Long-Term Care (Benefits) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2015

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 3, 4 and 16 of the Long-Term Care (Jersey) Law 2012[1], orders as follows –

1        Interpretation

In this Order “principal Order” means the Long-Term Care (Benefits) (Jersey) Order 2014[2].

2        Article 8 amended

In Article 8 of the principal Order for the table there shall be substituted the following table –

3        Article 9 amended

In Article 9(c) of the principal Order –

(a)     for the amount “£312.76” there shall be substituted the amount “£318.43”;

(b)     for the amount “£34.09” there shall be substituted the amount “£34.72”.

4        Article 10 amended

In Article 10 of the principal Order –

(a)     in paragraphs (1) and (2)(a) for the amount “£52,120” there shall be substituted the amount “£53,060”;

(b)     in paragraph (2)(b) for the amount “£78,180” there shall be substituted the amount “£79,590”.

5        Article 12 amended

In Article 12 of the principal Order –

(a)     in paragraph (2)(b) for the amount “£312.76” there shall be substituted the amount “£318.43”;

(b)     in paragraph (5)(c) for the amount “£312.76” there shall be substituted the amount “£318.43”.

6        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Long-Term Care (Benefits) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2015 and shall come into force on 1st January 2016.
