LODGING HOUSES (GENERAL PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT No. 8) (JERSEY) ORDER 2001

                THE HOUSING COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 5 and 19 of the Lodging Houses (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1962,[1] as amended,[2] orders as follows -

                1.      In Article 4(1) of the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1962, as amended,[3] for “£9.64” there shall be substituted “£9.88”.

                2.      This Order may be cited as the Lodging Houses (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the first day of January 2002.
